Shipping

Our pieces are ‘Made to order’. The time we need to complete your piece will vary. Please read the shipping details on each item before purchage. We will ship your piece as soon as it is finished and we will send you an email with the tracking details.

All our orders are shipped with the national postal service CTT, except express and orders to the US which are currently being shipped via UPS.

Delivery times:

Portugal: 1-2 working days

Europe and UK: 3-14 working days

United States: 5-10 working days

Rest of the world: 7-30 working days(excluding customs formalities for Extra EU Countries).

Taxes and duties

The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer.

For orders outside of the EU :

All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

Esquirlas cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.



Returns

Our items are made to order, therefore we will accept returns under very limited circumstances and are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@esquirlas.com to discuss your order.  Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for us, so we will make sure you will be happy about your experience with us. 

After evaluating your case, and If your return is accepted, we’ll email you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The shipping cost associated with returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
If you requested any kind of customization to your product you will not be eligible for a refund.


Exchanges
You can exchange your piece for another one of similar ou higher value.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
