HAND ENGRAVING
Engraving has always been a key expression in ESQUIRLAS’ journey.
The passion for this art form started in Florence where we learned from masters the delicate and unique beauty of hand engraving. After learning how to handle the ciappola, it grows in the jeweller this will of wanting to carve each piece.
SERVICE
In the form of a name, a pattern or lines that create a texture, hand engraving adds a distinctive touch to the piece. We describe it as opening lines of light in the metal.
We specialise in all forms of engraving, from calligraphy to logos, thin line and shading, deep engraving, patterns, textures and geometric motifs. After years adorning our own pieces, we now extend the service to other jewellers or private clients who would like to have their piece engraved.
SERVICE
We would love to work with you creating a bespoke engraving on your jewellery piece. Either a name or a date on the inside of a ring, a signet stamp, a pattern or any deep engraving motif, get in contact with us and we’ll make it happen.
